“To know the way, we go the way, we do the way. The way we do, the things we do, it's all there in front of you. But if you try too hard to see it, you'll only become confused. I am me and you are you. As you can see; but when you do the things that you can do, you will find the way. The way will follow you.”

~ Benjamin Hoff, The Tao of Pooh

I trained in Integrative Psychotherapy and the use of the Therapeutic Arts and went on to work at the intersection of therapy and coaching after training as a facilitator of Systemic work and Constellations (for organisations as well as for individuals) and as an Integral Coach (ICC method).

Alongside private practice I have experience in various settings including a social care charity with a focus on addiction, a charity working with trauma and a holistic health centre in central Antwerp.

I’m committed to my own self-development and have an eclectic, broad range of interests which undoubtedly mark my style and approach. Sources of inspiration and support that weave their way into my work range from a regular Focusing practice of over 12 years and a sincere love of dance that includes countless hours on various Conscious Movement dancefloors (5 Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance, Expressive Movement) and more recently in Nature Connection experiences.

All this lends creativity and flexibility to my sessions — what I can offer is truly bespoke.

Prior to becoming a therapist-coach, I worked initially as a lawyer and spent 13 years in film finance, distribution, production & international sales – including as Managing Director (from inception) of a recent, successful film start-up. This experience in business enhances my work with leaders, organisations and entrepreneurs, as well as those wanting to bring more creativity to their professional life or finding themselves in a career transition. Working with creatives and the creative industries is still a large part of what I do.

I bring my passion for life, curiosity about people and a deep desire, for both myself and others, to connect to greater flow.
